Email Providers is an independent, practitioner-run blog about the machinery of email — the platforms, the protocols, and the hands-on decisions that decide whether your message arrives.
We are not affiliated with any provider. Everything here comes from actually using the tools: sending real traffic through them, running our own servers, and writing down what broke. When we recommend something, it is because we would still use it on our own projects tomorrow.

How we test
Comparisons on this site are based on identical test sends through each platform, checked against seed accounts at the major mailbox providers, with setup time, API ergonomics, error visibility, and pricing all measured rather than paraphrased from marketing pages. Where a vendor’s pricing or terms change faster than we can test, we say so and link to their current pages.
